complexRE assisted on buyers side with acquisition of 28.500 m2 logistic space and 30.000 m2 expansion plots in one of the best hotspots in Serbia. CTP has acquired the project from Eyemaxx, the Austrian based real estate developer.

New owner CTP is expanding its industrial park north of the Serbian capital, CTPark Belgrade North. As a result the overall capacity of CTPark Belgrade North now stands at 50.000 m2 with the landbank enabling to achieve about 115.000 m2 of leasable space at the location.

Tenants of the logistics complex include Lidl, Mercata VT and Flux Systems.
